I made a cake for a friend’s birthday recently and tricked it out in the spirit of the decorating contest. It’s some sort of California-tye-die-swirl-like-sunset-on-the-beach-with-frosting-all-over-your-face type of situation. It’s not quite as developed as some, but I’m happy with it.
